Incoloy fasteners have high mechanical properties at elevated temperatures with resistance to corrosion and oxidation. Resitant Metal Alloys offers Incoloy bolts, screws, stud bolts, threaded rods, nuts & washers in alloy grades 800, 800h, 800ht & 825. Incoloy fasteners are often referred as inconel fasteners. We produce incoloy fasteners from incoloy bar stock in hot forged condition. Incoloy is a nickel based group of alloys, predominantly nickel-iron-chromium composition. Incoloy alloys have nickel content less than 50%, while inconel have more than 50%; this is the main difference between these two group of alloys. Incoloy alloys, in general, exhibits oxidation and corrosion resistance with high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures.
